Q: What's the minimum order for custom printing?

A: We have no minimum but the prices get cheaper the more you order.


Q: Can you print on my own design or logo?

A: Absolutely. Send through your artwork as a high-res file (AI, EPS or PNG at 300dpi) and we'll take it from there. Not sure if your file will work? Just send it and we'll let you know.


Q: How long does a custom order take?

A: Turnaround time varies depending on order size and current demand. Get in touch and we'll give you an honest timeframe — no surprises. Usually 2-10 days.


Q: What printing methods do you use?

A: We use Direct to Film, screen printing and embroidery depending on the garment and design. We'll recommend the best method for your job.


Q: Do you deliver Australia-wide?

A: Yes — we ship to anywhere in Australia. Rural and remote deliveries welcome.
