Can I get printed items during the sale?
Yes! Turnaround is around 5-14 working days.
If you've got a logo or something in mind for your printing we will make up a proof and send that via email or text. This is to make sure we are all on the same page before going ahead with order. Once approved we get started on printing!
Can I get priority shipping?
Yes, we have a priority pack & send option, we will pack and dispatch these orders first and send priority.
We are in a rural location so priority shipping is 1-3 days.
Can I use a discount code during the sale?
No discount codes will be valid during the sale.
Can I return my purchase?
You can exchange sizing but we cannot accept returns for change of mind during our sale.
We accept returns if products are damaged upon arrival, print issue, or incorrect size on tag of product.
How do I change an order I've already placed?
We cannot guarantee changes on orders already placed - please double check before confirming the order.
When can I expect my order?
Unprinted - 1-2 days dispatch.
Printed - 5-14 days from approval of artwork.
We’ve oversold a product you're after, what happens next?
We can swap to another product to make up to the same price, or we can offer you a credit or refund.
Can you design a logo?
Yes we can design for you and we can go back and forth with designs until you're happy with it! If you’re looking to have a copy of your logo as a PDF that would be $220
How do I change an order I've already placed?
We cannot make changes to confirmed orders due to the complexity of our systems with printing and approvals.
