"Shear Delights" has been about 30 years in the making, it started in a little outback kitchen on a sheep station in Western New South Wales. Filled with authentic outback recipes straight from the kitchen of a shearers cook.

There is 144 recipes, menus, shopping list & tricks of the trade.
These recipes have been cooked hundreds of times and happily consumed by shearers, truckies, family, friends and the odd surprise visitor. Alongside the planner and shopping list, it is all you need to kick off your cooking for a large amount of people.
