Wool bale stencils are a very important tool in a woolshed to label the wool bales and also number them and add the wool class. We found a product that would be able to be laser cut that is durable. We started with a high impact material - but did have some problems with that. Now we have a new material that we have tried to ruin with no luck so far.
We laser cut our custom wool bale stencils from 450 micron Mylar - they are new and improved and unbreakable, we have tried to snap them with no luck. Durable and perfect for your wool bale stencilling for next shearing.
With the option of the set of A-Z and 0-9 or a custom property or surname. You can also add your own handle - due to convenience for shipping we don't do this.
We have a set size of 75mm high lettering on our stock ones. Complete with a hole for hanging. We also have the option of a custom designed stencil which you can have one line or if too many letters or words we can do 2 lines, you can email us with the details or queries at carlie@justshear.com
We have a turnaround of 2-5 days.
Not only are these for shearing but also we have created stencils for weddings, every day labelling such as wine bins, stencilling surname or property name on door mats(get your creative side out) and I am sure there are many more uses people have for them.
